Rachel's Super Hamburgers
1 lb. Ground beef
1 Onion Chopped
1/2 Cup Breadcrumbs (crackers or oatmeal)
2 Eggs
Mix all of the ingredients together in a bowl and form 8-9 patties in a circle. Make a dimple in the middle of your patty to make sure it is thoroughly cooked.

Vegetarian Burger
1 Can Vegetarian Refried Beans
1 Cup Brown rice
1 Cup Breadcrumbs
1 Envelope onion soup mix
1 Egg
Shape into 8-9 patties. Fry until browned like hamburgers. Serve on buns with hamburger toppings.
